DC native Artit Sriboonruang aka DJ As-One is a multi-talented musician, DJ, remixer and producer with musical roots as an Alto Saxist, Guitar player and Percussionist. His unique perspective on arrangements and sound has led him to advance rapidly within the Art of DJing. Mainly, the sub genre of DJ Battling and Turntablism.

With 15 years of competitive level experience (since 2002), As-One has battled in 80+ DJ battles, holding titles (2012 Gong DJ Battle World Champion, 6 x DMC US National Finalist) and placements across the globe. His battle career has led to opportunities in which he has shared the stage with music superstars such as Kanye West, Common, Talib Kweli, Madlib, Cappadonna, Three Doors Down and Young the Giant.

As-One began his mobile dj career in 2005, working events with corporate clients that include but not limited to Nordstrom, Gap, Ann Taylor, LOFT, H&M, Vans, Charlotte Russe, Sephora, Seventeen Magazine, Mountain Dew (Sports Action Tour 2007), NBA (Rhythm N’ Rims Tour 2007), Dick’s Sporting Goods, ESPN, Mercedes Benz and MasterCard. In 2010, As-One was featured as a celebrity guest DJ on the Norwegian Cruise Line’s (NCL) – Jewel cruise ship, sailing through the Caribbean providing musical entertainment for guests of all ages.

Today, As-One wears many different hats – DJing bars, nightclubs, corporate & private events alike. DJ As-One still competes regularly and can also be found sharing his tips and tricks throughout the week at a local Music School in Bethesda, MD.
